Powered by an eighth-place finish by junior Nick Kopf (Hampden, ME / Hampden Academy), the Thomas College men s cross country team placed sixth at the North Atlantic Conference Championships Saturday at Saxl Park. Kopf completed the 8-kilometer course in 28:02.31, just over a minute off the pace set by individual champion Robert Hollis of UMaine-Farmington (27:01.05).
